Open is a super-natural, lively and casual plain with an artisanal spirit. Due to the sophisticated use of hemp in the curtain’s pure material composition, the crispness and slight irregularities of the alternating yarns show up and bring out the specific character of the material.
The curtain strikes a finely tuned balance between the appearance and non-appearance of color. Stony, cooler notes underline a softness in the lighter shades while accents of rich green and deep blue maintain freshness and recall nature’s elementary hues: Soft Blush, Honey Dew, Pale Lime, Dark Sea, Fresh Forest, and Dark Wood.
Lightfastness: 7
Lightfastness relates to the ability of a textile to retain its colour under light. When testing for lightfastness, samples are exposed to artificial daylight for a specified period. The evaluation scale ranges from 1 (worst) to 8 (best). An increase of one point corresponds to a doubling of the lightfastness, i.e. the same fading takes twice as long.
