Daybreak 2
Daybreak 2
Daybreak 2 is a unicoloured, transparent curtain with an open structure, which comes in updated colours. Designed by Patricia Urquiola, it is inspired by the light at dawn.
Tactile irregularities play across the surface of Daybreak 2. This gives the curtain a natural look that is reminiscent of linen. As the light conditions change, the expression of Daybreak 2 changes too. Consequently, the mood the curtain projects evolves throughout the day, as it reveals eye-catching color nuances and structures.
Lightfastness : 5
Lightfastness relates to the ability of a textile to retain its colour under light. When testing for lightfastness, samples are exposed to artificial daylight for a specified period. The evaluation scale ranges from 1 (worst) to 8 (best). An increase of one point corresponds to a doubling of the lightfastness, i.e. the same fading takes twice as long.
