Cast
Cast
Cast is born from the idea of a single structural element capable of generating multiple configurations. The table takes shape from an aluminium cast leg, conceived both as a sculptural component and as a constructive module. Its inclined geometry, defined by taut surfaces and soft junctions, is not only a formal gesture but a true load‑bearing architecture. This element becomes the generative principle of the project: a technical component which, when replicated and combined, allows the table to be constructed as a system.
The aluminum cast leg is conceived as a structural module around which the entire table system is developed. Depending on the number and arrangement of the elements, it is possible to generate different configurations capable of adapting to various spatial requirements. When placed in sequence, the legs allow the creation of rectangular tables in multiple sizes, where the rhythm of the structures establishes an architectural cadence beneath the top. The project thus takes shape as an open system, where a single technical component becomes the tool for generating multiple typologies and proportions.
The table’s structure highlights the material quality of the casting, enhancing its geometric purity as well as the precision of its volumes. The tabletop is available in a range of material options, capable of transforming the table’s character while preserving its underlying design identity. The trowelled cement finish introduces a more architectural, tactile dimension, marble surfaces add a refined elegance, and wood finishes bring warmth and natural depth to the composition.
